An example of our fees for a simple, straightforward unfair dismissal claim, with a final hearing lasting no longer than a single day, can cost from between £7,500 - £12,500 (+ VAT & disbursements). Disbursements are payments which arise in the usual course of claims, for example, a barrister’s fee for representing you at the hearing. We will always inform you in advance of our estimated costs and how much the disbursements are or are likely to be so you won’t be faced with a disbursement which you did not know about and agree to in advance.
