Letter before action: £150.00 +VAT 

Undefended debt claim of up to £9,999.00:  £750 +VAT and associated court fees (we will inform you of these in advance so you know) 

Undefended debt claims of £10,000 and below £100,000: £1,000 - £3,000 +VAT and associated court fees (we will inform you in advance of how much these fees will be) 

For claims which are defended, we will be happy to provide an estimate of our fees upon request.
